What is the standard turnaround time?
The standard turnaround time will vary depending on the quantity and production of the item. For custom orders, the average time is approximately 4-6 weeks from the concept inception. It is recommended that favors and invitations be ordered 10-12 weeks before an event.

Do You Accept Returns?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the fact that we do not accept refunds, please take the time to order a sample to be sure that the item is perfect for your event. You may request as many proofs as you need to make sure the information is accurate. Please keep in mind that proofs are $5.00 each. We highly recommend requesting a proof for all items to ensure accuracy.

Yes, samples are the best way to ensure you are happy with
your purchase. We can provide samples for $5 each(per favor,
per invite).

if there is a mistake on my customized item?
We pride ourselves on producing top-quality products with
error free personalizing. Before we ship a personalized item,
three separate people must inspect your order to ensure that
it is free of defects and misspellings. However, if a mistake
does slip through, please contact us immediately and we will

Payment
25% of the total balance due is required at the concept inception. An additional 25% is due when the first proof is delivered and the 50% balance is to be paid in full prior to shipping of the final product.
